’Hi, I’m Salena. My background as an Office Manager, Catering Manager, and professional recording artist has given me a unique blend of skills in strategic planning, goal setting, and time management. Through my own journey and my work with others, I’ve learned that disorganization is rarely just about the “stuff” we accumulate, it’s often connected to our habits, emotions, and everyday patterns. When you discover organizing systems that truly work for you, life begins to easier and more manageable. You gain clarity, confidence, and a sense of control that carries into every area of your life. I believe small, consistent steps can lead to meaningful, lasting change, and I would love to support you in creating space for what truly matters most to you.

My Story
Pretty Organised, LLC grew out of both personal experience and a genuine love for creating spaces that work. I’ve always appreciated the sense of calm and clarity that comes from an organized environment, but over time I realized that organizing isn’t really about making things look perfect. It’s about building systems that make everyday life easier, more functional, and less stressful.

My husband and I have very different organizing styles. I prefer clear surfaces and items neatly put away. He, on the other hand, needs to see what he owns or it might as well not exist. For a while, those differences caused tension in our home. I felt overwhelmed by visual clutter, and he felt frustrated when things were out of sight or hard to access.

Eventually, we stopped trying to force one style over the other and focused on finding solutions that respected both. We created systems that allowed for visibility where he needed it and containment where I did. For us this meant, open shelving with labeled baskets, designated zones for frequently used items, and storage that made sense for how we actually live. The result wasn’t a magazine-perfect house; it was a home that finally felt functional and balanced for both of us.

That experience changed the way I think about organization. I saw firsthand that disorganization is rarely just about having too much stuff. It’s often connected to habits, routines, and the way our minds work. The same challenges show up in our workspaces, our schedules, and even our digital lives.

Pretty Organised takes a practical, whole-life approach to organizing. Whether we’re working on a pantry, an office, a filing system, or an inbox, the focus is always on creating systems that fit your lifestyle and are easy to maintain. Not rigid rules, just thoughtful structure that supports how you live and work.

I started this business because I’ve experienced how much better life feels when your environment supports you instead of working against you. My goal is simply to help you create spaces and systems that bring more ease, clarity, and a sense of control to your day-to-day life.
